We're leaving this week for a VERY last minute 2 week vacation to New
Zealand.
Have any of you been? How easy was it to eat gluten-free? I know that New
Zealand and Australia are supposedly easier to eat in than in the US, but does
anyone have first hand experience/tips?
We will probably be cooking for ourselves much of the time, so I'm curious as
to what to expect both in the grocery stores and in restaurants.

PS - As an aside, we're debating about staying in motels/lodges vs. renting a
campervan. Not having ever done any "rv-ing" before, we're a little worried
that we might regret going that route vs. motels/lodges. Any
thoughts/suggestions based on first-hand experiences are most welcome on
this topic as well!
