We are headed to O.C. next week.  Does anyone have suggestions for  
 gluten free dining?  Does anyone know if any of the BBQ restaurants  
 are safe - Nick's or JR's?  Specifically the BBQ sauce.

I appreciate your help; I am very nervous that my 16 year old son  
 with CD will not be as careful as he should be when dining with  
 friends (and mom is not around to make sure he makes the right choices).
