We had company and opportunity to make the Sylvan Border Farms GF Lemon Cake
this week. I baked it in a bundt pan (grease and flour with gf flour) and
we made their recommended lemon glaze (lemon, water, sugar and marg.) It was
really quite good. Reminded us of a pound cake but with the lemon glaze it
was very moist. It's a good mix to keep on hand.
