The Cedar Rapids Celiac's Connect (gig) support group will meet Monday July 9, 2007 at the Edgewood Rd. Hy-Vee in the clubroom from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
We will be discussing GF flours and choosing the right flour mixture for your recipe.
We also have gravy mix hand-outs from Maxwell's-yum- the best gravy mix I have used.
Fine Foods has sent us an assortment of Flax Crackers to sample.
