Hey Trisha,

I agree with your statement that hemi's can face different issues.  The
world is predominately right-handed, which is a plus for me since I'm a
left hemi.  Amber would face higher obstacles as most left-handed people
would acknowledge.

   You will need to narrow that down at bit. Since Cerebral Palsy
effects folks differently - the issues end up being individual. My
daughter a right hemi has issues very different from a quad or frankly
even another hemi. Of course the one issue they all face is ignorance on
the part of many "normal" people. That and frankly finding affordable
health care that will cover the therapies they need- those are two truly
universal issues.
