actually on my road, it's hard to hear a car coming fast, you hear them way 
off, but then I guess it's the trees or maybe it's the open spots, I'm not 
sure but you hear nothing and suddenly, here they come, It might be the 
curves in the road too. I have taken my pet dog for walks alone a couple 
times, not voluntary, he got away and I had to bring him home and that 
worked out alright. It was always mid day though when there were no cars, I 
don't think 40 cars come by here a day. I'd hate to have been out alone the 
day a high speed chase came through here though. How they made it I'll never 
know with the sharp curves past my house, they must have got way out of the 
gas for that.
