I've talked about this site before on different lists, but I wanted to
point them out again. I've found the site whatifsports.com to be quite
accessible. In particular, I play the Hoops Dynasty game where I coach
a college basketball team. I've coached the Rochester Institute of
Technology, Le Moyne and Dartmouth, where I'm currently coaching in the
Smith world. I consider this virtual sports as opposed to fantasy
sports. Players are randomly generated, you recruit players, set
practice plans, scout your opponents and set game plans for each game.
It costs about $12.95 a season, which lasts about six weeks. You play
against other coaches all over the world.

I thought to mention it again, because they just upgraded their
interface to Hoops Dynasty (HD) 2.0. I started playing a year and a
half ago because I thought the site was already fairly accessible. The
administrators of the site were always quick to fix any issue I brought
up. When they upgraded to HD 2.0, again it was already pretty
accessible, and quite a bit easier to use in several places for the
blind and the sighted alike. There were however a few accessibility
issues, one significant, but the rest were fairly cosmetic. Once again,
they've been very quick to fix any issue I've brought up.

If you're interested in managing or coaching your own team and building
your team into a dynasty or getting to coach your favorite college
program, I'd strongly suggest checking out WhatifSports (WiS). They
also have several other sports including football, baseball, hockey and
auto racing. If anyone has any more questions, don't hesitate to ask!
