I do 20 minutes two days a week and that's it. No "cardio," but no
rest between exercises means I get plenty of cardiovascular work.
Like you, I believe progressive resistance is important. But so is
full range, balanced resistance -- which is very, very tough to do if
not impossible with most free weight or kettlebell exercises.
