the beach chair i rented in maui, had giant plastic tires. i only used it twice.  I hate that when they build ramps to nowhere.

They have some beach chairs at Venice beach and maybe Santa Monica.   But why 
not at every beach ?

At W R beach, they've built a nice new ramp, but I don't know what a person  
in a regular chair would do when he or she got to the end.   There's  no path 
to the water, there's no patio and no where to even turn a  chair around.  it 
seems to be a ramp to no where.  maybe  there's something not finished yet.   
hmmm.....
