Depends on how much movement the little ones have and what kind of food you
want to make.  There is everything from simple modifications such as adapted
cutting board, and rocker knives to more sophisticated switch technology for
running blenders and food processors.  You also want to make sure that what
the children are allowed to eat as many children are on special diets that
are of certain consitacies (sp?  I apparently can't spell this morning).
I'm an occupational therapist and would love to answer any questions you
have more specifically if you would like.   Either on or off the list.
