every polititian in washington democat and GOP is
claiming that the commission agrees with them. such is
what you get from "blue ribbon" commissions seeking
CONSENTSIS . prime minister Thatcher said it best "
consentsis is a lack of leadership." 

that is why everything is so dizzying. now everyone
wants to say the commission agrees with them when in
fact it agrees with everybody some and disagrees with
everybody some.
