Don't know, but re-installing the program aught to fix the 
pre-sets.  Goldwave allows for fifteen undo's of a file you are 
working on.  control-z and re-do is control-y, just like in Microsoft 
word.  If you have saved and closed the file well it's just klike in 
word that way to.
