Makes perfect sense Tom. The ONLY issue I have with that is that
most people are not sufficiently attuned to whether they feel bad --
as well as they might. To me, it's very very wise to do a three week
very low to zero carb strict paleo elimination diet and then add food
items back in to see how they truly affect you.
