yes peter, i am thinking about that. i think i'll
consult my lawyer on it before paying taxes for his
property. i think if i could pay them for 7 years i
could claim the property.
i can not put a "mechanics lien" on it becdbecauseid
no labor on his property.
again i will be seeing the lawyer soon.
