I googled to see who might be selling Deland products and how they are
listing them.

I found this site

I called the company and they said that some people with CD can tolerate
spelt and that they thought they could list spelt products as gluten
free. 
They list spelt products as wheat and gluten free on this page.

I encourage you to mail and email the company as well as notify the FDA.
This is a serious health issue.
