Below are the suggestion I received for restaurants in Ithaca, New York.
Dijon Bistro
Suzanne Fine Regional Cuisine (Lodi) - http://www.suzannefrc.com
Banfi at the Statler Hotel on the Cornell campus
Viva Taqueria
Thai places (not sure which one)
Lost Dog Cafe - Ithaca Commons
Madlines
Moosewood - several people suggested this place. I sent an email to
the Moosewood and here's here response. "There are always
gluten-free options on our menu. Tell your server that you want to
know whether the things you're interested in are gluten free. They
will be able to tell you all of the ingredients in any dish, and
hopefully you'll find something good to eat. Best wishes, Laura
Branca for Moosewood"
