Hi! Thanks everyone for your responses!

Here are replies that I received. I did figure out that my PMS is getting worse as I age (I am 44). I am going to ask my doctor about using a creme.

Most used brands: Progest by Emerita (by far the most common), Phyto B, Arbonne, one used one made by a compounding pharmacy, Life-Flo which is GF. Some said the cheaper OTC brands didn't help at all!

Everyone rubbed it in different places (thigh, breast, stomach, inner arm)

Affects:
Mood enhancer
no hot flashes
reduces bone loss
helped with anxiety
causeddone person to get depressed
What a difference it made!!

One person when reached menopause started taking progesterone in pill form from a pharmacy

One person loved the bio-identical progesterone creme and triple estogen cream!

Many said they used saliva hormonal testing to see what was inbalanced.

Hope this helps!
