If you live in or travel to the Northern SF Bay Area:

Last night I stumbled in to a wonderful restaurant in the Northern
California town of Windsor. I was walking down the street with a gang of
people, and someone noticed a message board that read Gluten Free Italian
Cuisine. So we tried it and I was really delighted.

Mangiamo
740 McClelland Drive
Windsor, CA 95492
707 838 1616

They will have a dedicated gluten free menu by mid-November.

I ordered a pizza for the first time in 7 years, and was thoroughly pleased.
They use good GF practices because the owner's wife and the Chef's child are
both celiac, and understand the cross-contamination issue. Separate water
for pasta, clean equipment for the pizza, etc. It is an upscale, lovely
interior, professional and patient waitstaff, and the food is wonderful.
Perfect after a day of wine tasting--and there is an amazing candy store
next door!

Best,

Chris in CA
