I just noticed TGI Fridays as a suggested restaurant for someone visiting Philly.

I'm wondering what success people have there, since they're all over the place, at least in the northeast.

I avoid them because I used to find everything was pre-marinated or fried in breadcrumbs and contaminated oil, and the waitstaff tended to be young and uninformed (and too busy to learn).

What's on their menu that makes it worth my while to go there again?

Lin
