I'm hoping some of you can offer some advice about whether or not
it's worth buying a bread machine, or using my Cuisinart mixer and
the oven. I know the kneading and second rise cycle are not needed
for gluten free bread, and I know that some of the machines have a
gluten free setting....so I'm a little torn.
If I do a loaf in the oven, what is the best kind of pan to use...and
if I use a bread machine, are the Breadman and the Zojirushi the best
ones?
I searched the archives, but the info is a little outdated and I know
there are new appliances coming out all the time.
