Thanks again for all the kind words and advice.
Some said it did take quite awhile to adjust to GF Flours,
others said they have never adjusted well to them. Some
people eat GF baked goods just fine.
These are things they said to watch out for-- try to
eliminate guar and xanthan gum, bean flours can bother
some, also flax seed and amanrath. Some people liked
Tapioca bread the best, others have never liked GF bread or
cannot tolerate them.
One suggested using just cornstarch and potato starch mix.
Some just use cornstarch and no gums. Try different
fats--butter versus oil in bread making. Try eating more
fiber and take a good probiotic to help intestinal tract.
Also diet could be high in oxalates which could cause
heartburn due to new flours and combination of foods.
