I know in Canada they do not as my sons were fed different formulas due to
the fact they were born in different hospitals and those hospitals were
sponsored by different formula companies. Both these formulas are GF but
nothing was ever stated to make sure the child stays GF for 1 year. Of
course all the info regarding the starting of foods, ie Rice pablum first,
the easy digestible fruits/vegetables etc. was given. are reasonable.
