HOUSTON FUN RUN and WALK, May 19

It is time RIGHT NOW (if you haven’t already done so) to
register for our first Houston Celiac Awareness Run and Walk, Saturday, May
19, at Bear Creek Park, starting at 7:45 a.m. VOLUNTEERS are still needed!
Contact Michael Danke at [log in to unmask] to volunteer. Now we need
more participants!

It is a little cheaper to register on line at
<http://www.celiacrun.com/> www.celiacrun.com (and see details at this
website), but you can still mail in your registration {include your name,
address, zip, phone, e-mail, whether male or female, birthdate, age on race
day, T-Shirt size (S through XXL)}. Make check payable and mail to Celiac
Run, 11419 Oak Spring Drive, Houston, TX 77043. If you wait too long, there
will not be enough t-shirts for everyone at the last minute.

Fees: $20 – Entry on line

$25 – Entry via mail or at Package Pickup

$20 – Sleep In Option (Donation)

            On-line Registration closes May 15, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

Package pickup is Friday, May 18, 11 a.m. to 7 at Finish Strong
Sports, 14620 Memorial Drive (Memorial at Dairy Ashford, near Randall’s).
Or early before the race at 6:30 a.m. I’ll be at the Friday pickup site
from 11 to 3; come on in then!!

Let your friends know about this Run by forwarding this message
to them! Cut and paste these applicable paragraphs. We want to have a
strong showing and monies to distribute back to the charities listed.

If you don’t feel like running or walking, you can send a
donation. Proceeds benefit the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness
(NFCA), Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), and the University of Maryland
Center for Celiac Research.
