Earlier I posted something about Teitelbaum's book -- Fatigued to Fantastic.
 I tried finding his article, which is a pretty good summary of his book.  It
was on the Sapient Health Network and I posted the www address.  I can't find
it now on the internet but I have a copy.  It talks about the hypothalamus
being the problem in chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, and talks about
adrenal insufficiency, hypothyroidism, etc etc.  It is a very very
comprehensive approach, combining both traditional and cutting edge
treatments.  If anyone would like me to forward a copy of the Teitelbaum
