I would recommend Shaklee's Vita-Lea, which is a multi-vitamin,
multi-mineral made from dehydrated vegetables with no additives.  You'll
need to look in the phone book as these are sold by direct sale.  Also,
they are cold processed which means the label is actually accurate.
