        If you are without L-tiroxine replacement, then this means the
opposite, you have an  sub-clinical hyperthyroidism (not hipothyroidism).
Stop TSH (less than .03) with normal T3 and T4 is diagnostic subclinical
hyperthyroidism.
 
        If you are taking l-tiroxine, then you must decrease the dose.
