I am in the some boat as you. Although I do not have diabietis, I do have
hypo-thyroid and take 150mcg of levothroid per day. No matter what I do the
pounds will not buge. I don't even have the umpa to excerise anymore,
because it doesn't help. Oh yes, it is good for your health, and sometimes
you feel better, but let's face it who wants to pay money to go to a gymn and
get all sweaty, come home take another shower, lose 2 hours out of your day
and see absolutely no results.
I have to go to a gymn because I won't do it on my own.
If I may ask, how old are you? I am 53 therefore, all doctors will say
{well, you know when you get older etc, etd ) Yes, I realize you gain
weight as you age a little, but I have gone from 117 to 170 in the last 5
years. Is this depressing or what???
