Hi, everyone!
I've noticed a lot of people commenting on how little you can eat for the 15
grams of carbos per meal for the zone diet. People are thinking that you'll
definitely go hungry on 6 saltines,etc... I'm not sure if I'm correct in
saying this, but I think that he (Bruce?) was only referring to the
carbohydrate portion of a meal. (40% of calories) You still have to have
proteins and fats in whatever form. So, you will actually eat more than
everyone is assuming constitutes a meal.
If I've made an incorrect assumption, please correct me.
