If the underlying premise of the paleo diet is that it is better for us to  
eat the foods on which we evolved, surely it makes sense to extend that  
premise to the things which we eat.  Cattle certainly did not evolve  
standing in feedlots stuffing themselves on grains, antibiotics, and  
animal by-products.
