When he comes to the page with the payment and the 'order graphic' button,
try, if using JAWS turning off the virtual cursor with Insert+z, if using a
different screen-reader turn off MSAA or browse Mode. JAWS, at least,
sometimes sees extra links - possibly javascripted - that are not present
when using the normal virtual cursor on some pages with security features.

I find that what happens often in situations like this (for me, at
least) is that I placed an invalid entry and terms such as the above may
point me to what I did wrong.
An example, in the above case, might be the manner in which the credit
card number was entered (including or not including spaces as an
example) or his phone number.
