Hello,
Typically this is done with either a software program that runs as part of
your monitor's install or with some buttons on the side of the monitor. For
example on my notebook I have an application that can rotate the monitor
image 90 degrees at a time and on another monitor in the house there's a
switch that can rotate the image. I'd try looking up the user manual for
your monitor once and see if you find anything about image rotation.

Hi all. The image on my monitor is sideways and I don't know how to get it
