Does anyone know if the anti-inflammation properties of tart cherries is
destroyed when the cherries are cooked? I ask because Eden has a tart
cherry "butter" product -- only ingredient is tart cherries -- NO added
sweetners, juice etc. It's basically pureed and cooked tart cherries. I
put a teaspoonful on my steak last night -- wonderful!
