Hi all,
I can't figure out what's up with the sudden dairy cravings. I was never
like this before. Now I'm running into daily cravings for hard cheese,
cottage cheese, and especially ice cream and milkshakes. Is this one of
those situations where we crave something just because we tell ourselves we
mustn't have it? I don't remember ever being like this before, even when
avoiding dairy on other eating plans.
Any advice? This is quite a challenge and I'm not doing very well with it
the past couple days.
