Pammi here, just putting in my 2¢...
While I applaud the efforts of those who have attempted to list the foods
that do and don't contain milk products, it is virtually impossible to keep
a list like that up to date, since manufacturers are CONSTANTLY changing the
ingredients of products in the hopes of making them "New and Improved". I
would like to warn anyone allergic to dairy to read EVERY ingredient list,
EVERY time you buy it. I didn't and got VERY sick eating a food that had
previously been safe!
