I live in an area near the ocean where, normally, the winds bring,
more-or-less, clean air from the ocean into the city. During certain
times of the year, the wind direction changes and, instead, the urban
smog blows into town. I wonder if anyone on the list experiences urban
pollution (smog, etc.) and has found any foods or herbs, etc., that help
alleviate the problem. My primary focus would be on "moping up" the
toxins with raw foods or herbs/tea; secondary focus on alleviating
symptoms (such as post-nasal drip, lung irritation, dry and bleeding
nasal passages, etc.)
