Very nice. If you were in our area, I'd buy from you.
Here is Colorado we have a lot of small ranchers. There are two within
one mile of our
house who sell to the individual, and two more within 25 miles that I know
of.
And there is a little store in our town that sells buffalo pastured on
their own
ranch about 30 miles away, and pork from 25 miles away. And there is a
person in our
area who raises 60-100 lambs a year, strictly for the local market:
farmers market, and
individuals. I recently ate my way through the best leg of lamb I've ever
eaten.
We're pretty lucky here, in getting top-quality meat for a fair price.
