Why no red meat or pork? the other things make sense (sort of) but I'm at a 
loss to understand how a particular type of meat would effect blood sugar or 
candida.

this is a diet for candida and diabetes. it goes against some paleo 
concepts. i am trying to understand why some people would say this is the 
way to go while others say you can eat some of these things to deal with 
diabetes and candida.

Vinegar - No Sugar or Sugar products - No Melons - No White Flour products -
