Unless otherwise stated, Passover Cake Meal is made from Matzoh meal...
so you're right, it contains gluten.  Still, the Passover aisle is a good
place to look for gf stuff.  The macaroons, for example, are generally gf
and very yummy and sweet.  (If only they weren't so expensive.)
