I know it's after Thanksgiving (I'm trying to catch up on back mail) but we
make cornbread dressing with gluten-free cornbread. My recipe calls for
buttermilk but when I was lactose intolerent, buttermilk didn't bother me.
Anyhow, I'm new to the list so I don't know if there are lots of recipes for
gluten-free cornbread around but if anyone needs one, please let me know.

p.s. I've been living with CD since 1980...diagnosed in 1984. After three
months on a strict lactose and gluten free diet, I was no longer bothered by
lactose. Since 1985 I've been a "silent-celiac" and my biggest problem is
finding and eliminating foods that might have traces of gluten that don't
bother me but may be doing damage. You have a great list here and I hope I
can give something back to it. Thanks./Ron Lee
