Not that I cook much, but I do have a decent collection of cookbooks. So I
took a look. I found two things. First, Bette Hagman's More from the GF
Gourmet has a recipe for Almond-lace Dessert Cups on page 173. Second, I
found a recipe in the Hilda Hills book Good Food, Gluten Free (1976, England):
