Can someone please help explain to me (in a nutshell) what alcoholic drinks I can and can not drink. I guess I don't really know enough about the different vodkas, etc... I know obviously beer (except the GF ones). But I went to a dinner party and got sick after and I was very careful about the food I ate and my host was very careful about prep, so I think it must have been the mixed drinks - they were making martinis and I had one.
Thank you in advance!
Kim
