Nigerians may have accepted their flawed elections as the price to pay for a
peaceful change of government from one elected leader to another—the first
in the nation's history.  Still, citizens and friends of the most populous
country in Africa cannot help wondering if it is indeed a new dawn ... or a
new brand of sit-tight leadership.
