This recipe for a south Indian rice pancake with lentil accompaniment
works really well and is delicious. We served it with a cauliflower and
pea salad from Madhur Jaffrey's World of the East Vegetarian cooking
(p221). This is just a great GF dish - note that you have to start the
day before to allow for fermentation. We followed the recipe and it
worked fine. Takes quite a bit of effort, but if you like spicy food
then this is for you!
