Here's a warning for celiacs in California who buy Ralphs brand of rice cakes. Ralphs has
recently begun carrying only a brand with their name on it. I became suspicious of these
rice cakes because I was developing migraine soon after eating them and narrowed the
problem down to this product. I wrote to the web site given on the package and received a
phone call saying there is no gluten in the rice cakes (ingredients listed as brown rice
and salt), but that they might be cross-contaminated and if I was having a reaction this
might be the reason.
