I had some finger tingling awhile back.  It happened when I turned my neck a
certain way and held it.  My finger, if I left my head turned long enough,
would go to sleep.  Losing weight seemed to solve the problem but I did go
to a chiropractor, too.  However, and I don't think this was my case, the
diabetes people told me, when I told them about it, the such occurances is
common among those with diabetes so I would keep that in mind, too, if it
doesn't go away with chiropractic treatment.
