Sounds good, Kathy.  Yes, I am thankful I'm finding out now instead of when
something bad has happened.  I am already reading things, and Sandy is
looking at thing, so the whole family, well, meaning me and Sandy, can have
a diet change.  I'm sure glad I bought that night Schwin air dyn bike to
ride as I listen to my solar Bible reading to me.  We have a good treadmill,
too.  I've been watching, well our doctor has too, the numbers rising and
the meds slowed them down but I'll likely be on some things for awhile until
I lose some weight.  Frankly, John and his situation has gotten a lot of us
thinking pretty seriously.
