Vinny,
I wondered that, too, when I read it but based on just the trouble the
social services gave my son and his wife when they tried to adopt three
years ago, I always wonder. The problem? My son had blind parents and we
would be providing day care as my son and his wife worked during the day.
No fooling, that was their big worry. I should state that I doubt
everything I read on the internet but this time I thought it could be worth
posting. If you want more, research it before you go voting for a new
government in Canada. Shoot, we can't even get it right down here. I was
so concerned about such things, I closed the windows, and took my children
to the central most part of the house before spanking them just so nobody
could hear. Haw, haw. That was years ago and the statute of limitations
has done run out.
Phil.
