His hebrew name was Zev, his fathers name was max, i don't think i knew his
grandfathers name. his father and mother came from a small town in russia called
kishnev in the state of moldavia  his dad was caught passing out socialist
lituterature and was sentenced to die at dawn the next day, he talked the guard
into becoming a socialist and they escaped, hidden under a pile of coal which
took them to the austrian border, he then sent for my grandmother, adele, and
eventually they  made it to baltimore maryland.
