I know there are handheld hf radios, i think i saw them on the hamradio 
site but then again i got to wondering if i was dreaming/daydreaming 
because, don't antennas for hf need to be really long?how  could you have 
one on an ht is my question.

yes, i admit i'm not the most up to date person lol, and i actually failed 
the tech test because the antenna section was a bear for me, it took me 3 
tries but finally i did it.  Maybe because of someone at home not paying 
attention to us so i didn't pay attention to that section since what we 
said went ignored, but now that i'm out of there, i wish i would have 
payed attention more
