Hi,
I'm not sticking up for Comcast or Charter or any other of the ISPs out
there, but the internet is facing a real problem with spam. When our ISPs
try to block spam, the spam guys change the way they send spam and then the
ISPs have to fix their blocking programs again. I wish the spammers would
go away, but until most countries are willing to take action against these
buffoons, we'll all have to put up with this constant struggle. Spam is a
real bandwidth hog and that's why the ISPs are fighting it so hard.
Whenever I get a bounced email, I complain =long and hard, but I think I
understand the issues involved. Enough said!
